Location: Soquel High School Campus - District Office room 312 - go to the parking lot in the rear of the school. Time: 8:30 until about 3:30. At this point lunch will be on your own. We usually walk down to the Deli in town.

- Introductions
Brief comments about your school or background. Cover some of the items found in the blog on this site that each of you will be asked to complete.
- Presentation - Keith Wills - District Technology Coordinator
This will include a discussion of what the state requires of us. We will review the history of technology use in our district over the past decade and get acquainted with the budget. We will also look at some of the things on the horizon such as the Microsoft Voucher Settlement.
- State of the Art
This will be a summary of some of the ways technology has been or can be used to enhance academic performance.
- Review of previous TUP
Discussion of the different sections and their success and challenges. Begin to throw out things to change and focus on alignment of the TUP to other plans. Each site will be asked to bring their Single Plan for discussion about technology and its place in the plan.
- Calendar of Future Events - Timeline
Set up and selection of sub-committees and their needs. Selection of a plan chairperson to coordinate those meetings and assemble the plan (editor and chief). Goal is to complete this and present to the Board in February.
